Mind At Peace Cleaning was founded in January 2021 by Tanyeka Stanton, President, CEO, and Owner, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. At a time when the world faced unimaginable loss, the importance of cleaning and disinfecting became more critical than ever.

Drawing from her years of experience working in naval bases, Melwood facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, and commercial spaces, Tanyeka saw firsthand how proper cleaning directly impacts health, safety, and peace of mind. Inspired to serve, she established Mind At Peace Cleaning as a leading professional cleaning company committed to protecting businesses, employees, and communities.

Its founder, Tanyeka Stanton, was not born into wealth—she built her career through hard work and dedication, taking on diverse management roles across government, healthcare, commercial, and private sectors. Along the way, she developed expertise in customer loyalty, revenue growth, brand trust, competitive advantage, and client engagement, forming the foundation of MAP’s values and long-term success.

A high-achieving scholar, Tanyeka graduated with honors as a dual-enrollment college student, earning multiple degrees and certifications, and holds a Certified Consultant License with the State of Maryland. Today, as CEO, she personally oversees:
